Yes! I can make custom parts. I'll be glad to. What kind of part do you have in mind?

See your PM. Perhaps I can also make it myself but I question my own skills for this tricky part.

Busy, busy busy. I built the bases for 17 more focusers. The spider, diagonal, and focuser to the right is for my 10" travel scope project. Top center is a focuser with a custom adapter for a 6" diameter tube. Made out of aluminum. If you only count 16, I already built a new one up out of a new base. I couldn't wait to see one. icon_cool.gif

Now Harry,
I for one don't appreciate being called a Moron.
Seems to me that the moron is the one who indiscriminately denigrates a whole section of the population only because he doesn't have the brains to separate the junk from the real bargains available there.

Happyharry, I guess I don't understand your total retaliation towards eBay. I have sold many a focuser on eBay, and if you check my feedback all people are delighted of the quality, speed of delivery, and over all eBay experience. I'm not selling a "made in japan" focuser. The price I sell these are half what they are worth. My hourly labor is pennies on the dollar. What other venue is there that I can reach people making home made scopes? I have been buying and selling on eBay for a couple of years now and haven't had a problem at all. Are you saying that I'm a moron because I sell my focusers too cheap? Do you want to buy 10 and sell them for twice what I'm selling them? We can work out a deal then.

This is what I'm selling now on eBay. I only have 5 focusers, and 3 of the Red dot finders.
